یہ کہ فریقِ اول مکان / دکان نمبر ____________ واقع ____________ کا مالک و قابض ہے، جو درج ذیل شرائط پر فریقِ دوم کو کرایہ پر دیا گیا ہے:

1۔ کرایہ داری کی مدت ____________ ماہ ہو گی، جو مورخہ ____________ سے شروع ہو کر مورخہ ____________ کو ختم ہو گی۔

2۔ ماہانہ کرایہ مبلغ ____________ روپے ہو گا، جو ہر ماہ کی ____________ تاریخ تک پیشگی ادا کیا جائے گا۔

3۔ فریقِ دوم نے مبلغ ____________ روپے بطور زرِ ضمانت ادا کر دیے ہیں، جو جگہ خالی کرنے پر قابلِ واپسی ہوں گے۔

4۔ بجلی، گیس اور پانی کے بل فریقِ دوم ادا کرے گا۔

5۔ فریقِ دوم یہ جگہ آگے کسی کو کرایہ پر نہیں دے گا اور نہ فریقِ اول کی اجازت کے بغیر اس میں کوئی تبدیلی کرے گا۔

6۔ جگہ خالی کرنے یا کروانے کے لیے فریقین ایک ماہ پیشگی نوٹس دینے کے پابند ہوں گے۔

لہٰذا یہ تحریر بقائمیِ ہوش و حواس، بلا جبر و اکراہ، روبرو گواہان لکھ دی ہے تاکہ سند رہے اور بوقتِ ضرورت کام آئے۔
