یہ کہ فریقِ اول جائیداد ____________ (مکان / پلاٹ / اراضی)، رقبہ ____________، واقع ____________ کا مالک و قابض ہے، اور فریقین کے درمیان درج ذیل شرائط طے پائی ہیں:

1۔ فریقِ اول نے مذکورہ جائیداد مبلغ ____________ روپے کے عوض فریقِ دوم کو فروخت کرنے کا اقرار کیا ہے۔

2۔ فریقِ دوم نے مبلغ ____________ روپے بطور بیعانہ ادا کر دیے ہیں، جن کی وصولی کا فریقِ اول اقرار کرتا ہے۔

3۔ بقایا رقم مبلغ ____________ روپے مورخہ ____________ تک ادا کی جائے گی، اور اسی وقت رجسٹری / انتقال فریقِ دوم کے نام کروا دیا جائے گا۔

4۔ مذکورہ جائیداد ہر قسم کے بار، رہن، قرض اور تنازع سے پاک ہے۔

5۔ اگر فریقِ اول اس اقرار سے منحرف ہو تو بیعانہ کی دوگنی رقم ادا کرے گا، اور اگر فریقِ دوم مقررہ مدت میں بقایا رقم ادا نہ کرے تو بیعانہ ضبط ہو گا۔

لہٰذا یہ تحریر بقائمیِ ہوش و حواس، بلا جبر و اکراہ، روبرو گواہان لکھ دی ہے تاکہ سند رہے اور بوقتِ ضرورت کام آئے۔
