How to type Farsi online
- Click in the box above and type. The keys follow the standard Persian layout: H is ا, F is ب, M is پ, ] is چ, ' is گ.
- Hold Shift for آ (Shift + H), ژ (Shift + C), ء (Shift + M) and the Persian question mark ؟.
- Shift + B gives the half-space (نیمفاصله), the zero-width non-joiner that keeps words like میروم and کتابها correct.
- Press Copy text to paste into Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp or Word, or Open in editor for a full document.
Persian letters, not Arabic ones
The keyboard types the Persian ی and ک, not the Arabic ي and ك. That keeps your text correct for search, for spell-checking and for forms that check it.
Writing a full Persian document
