1۔ میری جائیداد ____________ واقع ____________ کی دیکھ بھال، انتظام اور نگرانی کرے۔

2۔ مذکورہ جائیداد کو کرایہ پر دے، کرایہ وصول کرے اور رسید جاری کرے۔

3۔ کسی بھی سرکاری یا نیم سرکاری دفتر، محکمہ مال، بینک یا عدالت میں میری طرف سے پیش ہو، درخواست دے اور دستخط کرے۔

4۔ میری طرف سے وکیل مقرر کرے اور مقدمات کی پیروی کرے۔

5۔ مختارِ مذکور کا کیا ہوا ہر جائز کام میرا اپنا کیا ہوا سمجھا جائے گا اور مجھے قبول و منظور ہو گا۔

لہٰذا یہ تحریر بقائمیِ ہوش و حواس، بلا جبر و اکراہ، اپنی رضامندی سے روبرو گواہان لکھ دی ہے تاکہ سند رہے اور بوقتِ ضرورت کام آئے۔
